When staining multiple-sized decorative bourbon boxes, a manufacturer needed vertical cylinder positioning to prevent the 15 gallon vat of stain from splashing after it quickly lowered 24” (we stopped the pre-existing splash in the background). Additionally, they wanted to pre-position the stain vat for smaller boxes to increase throughput.

After watching an Enfield video of beer moving quickly up and down without spilling a drop, they realized this was the direction they wanted to go. The result, as shown in the following video is a large automated staining system that quickly and smoothly coats boxes of all sizes.
