I don’t have a gimmick.
I’m not going to tell you to walk on hot coals.
I’m not going to tell you you have to set your alarm for 4 AM to be successful.
I’m not going to hand you glow in the dark drumsticks and tell you to “take the world by storm and march to your own beat.”
And I’m certainly not going to run on stage and tell you you're broken or that you need my 4 step program to think more positively so you can “manifest your future.”
Our mission is simpler than that, and far less sexy.
We want to change the way the world interacts when it matters most.
We want to create leaders who are more socially agile, contextually adept and power literate.
We’re for those who understand the value of how to navigate the gray area of life and the messy realities of leadership. The people who don’t want a one-size-fits-all answer and who are sick and tired of the usual leadership dogma.
The people who want to get their hands dirty instead of only listening to PowerPoints all day, as well as those who aren’t afraid to be vulnerable and work on their weaknesses in front of their peers.
If you’re tired of hearing things like “great leaders” must possess a short list of specific traits (being positive, charismatic, inspirational, extroverted etc.) and have been longing for something more tactical to sink your teeth into than you’re who we are trying to reach.
Yes our stuff is inherently imperfect, as are we.
Yes we are telling you something as boring as more effective communication is generally the answer to more effective leadership.
Yes we are telling you there’s more to leadership than you think- especially in the chaotic and hyper-polarized world we now live in.
But we are also telling you that we are determined to continue to create resources and experiences that help aspiring coaches and leaders from all walks of life overcome challenges that are often swept under the rug in today's society.
