In this video I'll be discussing what I think are the 5 best neighborhoods in south Austin. When I say "south" Austin I am referring to everything south of 290 / Ben White Blvd. A lot of people would disagree and say that "south" is anything south of the river. However Austin has expanded so much that we need to now differentiate between the central-ish, more urban parts of south Austin and the true suburban-ish parts. Anyways.... in this video I'll be looking at the 5 neighborhoods that I would be looking to buy in, if I were moving to south Austin. Each neighborhood has its pros and cons and I'll try to lay those out for you in this video. For those who don't want to watch the video, the neighborhoods I cover here are - Circle C, Village At Western Oaks / Legend Oaks, Cherry Creek, Shady Hollow, Travis Country, plus 1 bonus neighborhood that I bet you've never heard on.
