Two westbound trains, to Kwinana. 7426 Kalgoorlie Freighter ex West Kalgoorlie. And 7430 Minara Resources Murrin Murrin train from Malcolm. Which were held up at West Merredin, due to bushfires closing the rail line in the Avon Valley, were both combined as one train at West Merredin. And as of 1900 hours Sunday 30 January 2022. All train services in Avon Valley were still cancelled.
