A suicide bomber attacked a Chinese convoy in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, killing five Chinese nationals. The group of engineers were on their way from Islamabad to their camp in Dasu - the site of a major dam. A suicide bomber rammed an explosives-laden vehicle into the convoy of Chinese engineers, the regional police chief said. Dasu is the site of a major dam and the area has been attacked in the past, where a blast on a bus killed nine Chinese nationals in 2021.
