The current deterioration of Queen Street cannot continue if the city of Port of Spain is to be rejuvenated.
The statement by Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley came a few weeks after Councillors of the Port of Spain City Corporation brought up the issue of human faeces being left behind by street dwellers.
