Nuts Cranberry Energy Bars

Ingredients:
1 cup cashews, cut in halves
1 cup Almonds, skinless and sliced
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup pistachios, unsalted
1/4 cup Sesame seeds
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1/2 cup dry Coconut flakes
1/2 cup honey
1 Tbsp Cardamom pdr
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 cup Oats
