The Southern African Development Community, SADC will host its 36th Ordinary Summit of Heads of State and Government in Mbabane, Swaziland on Tuesday and Wednesday. Fifteen SADC member states including the SADC Executive Secretariat will be in attendance. We take a look at this summit, what it is likely to discuss and whether it has implemented last 2015's resolutions.
