Korean Stir-Fried Fish Cake
Ingredients:
Fish cake 4 sheets (about 6 oz)
Onion sliced 1/4 (about 1/2 cup)
Carrots sliced 1/2 (about 1/3 cup)
Green onion 1 chopped
Korean hot pepper paste (gojujang) 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tsps
Sugar 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1. 5 tsp
Garlic minced 1 clove
Sesame seeds 0.5 tsp
Steps:
Mix Korean hot pepper paste, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil & garlic. Set sauce aside.
Heat 2 Tbsps oil in pan on medium high heat.
Sauté onions & carrots for 2 minutes
Add fish cake. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the sauce. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add green onions. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Top with sesame seeds.

Notes:
You can usually find fish cake in your local Asian market. They may be in the refrigerated or frozen section.
Fish cake may come in different shapes. The kind I use in the video are made in thin sheets. Other common shapes: roll or small cake. You can use any kind you prefer. Just cut them into bite size.
For a spicier version, add 1 tsp Korean hot pepper powder.
