Ingredients:
Pigeon pea lentils (toor dal) - 1 cup
Chickpea lentils (chana dal) - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Fenugreek leaves (chopped)- 1/2 cup
Palak leaves (chopped) - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tbsp
Tamarind - Marble sized
TO GRIND:
Green chillies - 3 nos.
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - handful
Dry coconut - 2 tbsp
