The Mozambican Government is optimistic that the ongoing investigation into the death of Samora Machel will yield results.
The late Mozambican statesman died in a plane crash in the Mbuzini near Komartipoort in October 1986. Both Mozambique and South African governments commemorated his death at the crash site.
