Seen here is what we believe to be a 'UK first' in a ready to run model; working door lights and a completely prototypical door light and sound sequence. Pressing F4 illuminates both door lights and plays the door opening sound. When F4 is released, both lights remain lit for the hustle alarm and door closing sequence. The guard's door light then remains lit whilst the one in the other carriage extinguishes. Finally, when the guard is happy his door is heard to close and the final light extinguishes. Together with the authentic despatch whistle and guard to driver right away buzzer, completely accurate station stops can be performed.
