Caramel Apples Dipping Station:
- Granny smith apples (8)
- 8 oz unwrapped soft caramels
- 1tbsp heavy whipping cream
- Sprinkles
- Reeses pieces
- Crushed peanuts
- Crushed Pretzels

Directions:
- Melt caramel candies in a saucepan on medium & add heavy
whipping cream. Stir until smooth consistency. Let caramel cool &
slightly thicken for 3-4 minutes before dipping.
- Boil apples and dry, core and cut into slices; cover lightly with
lemon juice to keep from browning, but dry with a paper towel to
make sure carmel sticks to the apples
- Slice the end off each apple for a flat surface to put pop stick in. - - Dip skin side in caramel & add toppings. If pre-making a batch,
set in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to harden caramel. For dipping
station just dip apples in caramel and toppings and enjoy!

Styling Tips:
- Boil the apples in water to remove the wax so the caramel will
stick
- Lemon juice will help keep the apple slices from browning and
add extra flavor
- Let the lemon juice soak into the slices, then dry off before
dipping in the caramel
- Trim off the edge of the apples to create a flat surface for the pop
stick
- Let the caramel cool for a few minutes before dipping the apples
for a better stick
