Aehra, an aspiring automaker from Italy, revealed its first production car a while ago. The crossover SUV still goes unnamed, but at least we now know what its cabin is supposed to look like.
When it debuted, the off-roader surprised many of us with its combination of gull-wing and butterfly-wing doors. The new teaser pics reveal something else: a massive dash screen spanning the entire width of the cabin. When the car is driven, servos conceal the screen inside the front panel, only leaving the top part exposed to display dash gauges and sat-nav instructions.
When parked, the display extends to its full height, creating an environment not unlike that of a home cinema. Another touchscreen UI can be found directly below and is used to access the main multimedia shortcuts.
At this time, the SUV is still a digital-only concept, but Aehra claims it will soon begin building the first prototype.
