Marek Larwood goes on the Yar River Trail, on the Isle of Wight. He does it in reverse, starting the route at the mouth at St. Helens Duver, then through Bembridge, Brading, Adgestone, Alverstone, Godshill, Whitweli and finally to its source in Niton.
