- Instead of building from scratch, look to the past. Pull from the past, realizing that there was always context and a tradeoff in that tradition.
- What does learning from the past mean for a modern person?
- Take responsibility for social norms instead of offloading that to the State.
- Creating culture is something that you do by enacting or embodying it.
