Alex created and began teaching Becoming a Changemaker in 2019 and it's quickly grown to be one of our most popular electives for both undergraduates and MBAs. The course combines empirical research, case studies, experiential exercises, and visits from a diverse array of guest speakers to help students learn to lead positive change from where they are.
Dr. Nadine Burke Harris joined the Becoming a Changemaker class for this student-led Q&A which covers topics ranging from how she developed her own personal theory of change, to the role that empathy and resilience play in her leadership.
