Tropical Storm Malakas kick starts the 2022 Western Pacific Typhoon Season, Malakas remains out to sea but is heading in a general direction towards the Philippines, however, it is expected to curve back out to sea without affecting any land areas, residents in the Philippines need to keep an eye on this system as it develops and listen to their local government agency for advice.
