- It’s a subjective game ( but obviously following trends, and getting what you think other people will like, will probably give you the best results )

- Think of it like selling the resourses needed to make things in the Metaverse
- Kind how when you play a game you have to hunt for resources in order to actually build something

3. Contruction
- Voxel Architects, makes around $300k per project

4. Become a realestate Dealer of Prime property ( basically an agent )
- So you know places like sandbox or decentraland
- Some people have plots of land, and need help selling them
- When you sell you get paid a commission

This sounds like a bad episode of black mirror

5. Promote a Business aka Advertising
- You can create a advertising platform in the metaverse
- I remember I read some big companies started advertising their brand in the metaverse
- You think that’s free, its not

6. Land renting in the Metaverse
- You can rent your real estate in the metaverse
- Because the virtual land is not cheap either lol

7. Gaming : play to earn games in the metaverse
- You have role playing games, with real land and their own crypto currency that can be convered into US dollars
- But this is going to be a massive industry
- One mayor drawback is the inifiency of the actual technology, because how uncortable it is ( but that doesn’t mean to be apart of the metaverse you have to be wearing that headset thing )

8. Karaoke, Bars and Gaming places ( art gallery )
- Think about it, all these places for entertainment have to built out
- And then the customer start rolling in
- And they pay for these things

9. Virtual Clothing
- You already have companies like Gucci working with Roblox
- So I will not be surprise when all of sudden people start buying real nikes made by nike on the metaverse

10. Collectibles
- You can collect anything from NFTs to a fancy sword collection
- The research I did on the metaverse, is almost like trying to recreate the real world
- Which is a waste of time, because their so much more you could virtually

11. Data Science
- These are the people that analyst data and then interpret it
- These people are valuable when it comes to solving problems
- And also to advertising

12. Real Normal Jobs
- Where it’s the job you can work from home
- But instead everyone is logged in through the metaverse and they can track your activity and everything else
- This is probably not that far away ( it just has to be easier on the eyes )
