Being overseas was a challenge when it comes to food cravings. One of our favourite places to eat was in Greenhills called Le Ching and their Braised Pork Spareribs was to die for.
Imagine the juiciness and the meat that's falling off the bones was uhmmmm WOW, heaven in your mouth! Topped with their in house chili garlic sauce with toyo and calamansi.. ok wait I'm drooling at the moment!..
