2 fish.. parrot / snapper or ur preference
1 Tsp turmeric
1 onion
1 Tsp adobo / all purpose seasoning
4 cloves of garlic
5 sprigs of thyme
1/2 cup water
60 g butter
1 medium carrot
2 large potato
1 coconut milk / 200g
1 grace cock soup mix
100g okra
1 bammy / cracker
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp paprika
