They haven't been in the area for a while but they come back now and then. Unless I just haven't seen them recently. The dogs are always posed the same. They are prebuilt moulds and they just spend the day pretending to work on them. Look them up, they do this all over the country. Sometimes there are two of them at different ends. Would like to catch them in the morning but can't be bother to sit and wait as they pick various locations on the street to start. Pop out a mat, pop out the mould then quickly pour a bag of sad on it. Then wait and eventually just start to brush off the excess sand, you then end up with a sand dog.
Saw a few people giving them money today. Illegal? Probably not as they aren't directly asking for money. Misleading? Definitely.
