Ingredients

For Dahi Vada

1 cup urad dal
1 tsp Fenugreek seed
1 inch finely chopped ginger
2 finely chopped green chillies
1tsp cumin seed
1 tsp salt
500 gm curd
3 - 4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black salt

For Green Chutney

1 cup coriander leaves
1/4 cup mint leaves
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black salt
juice of 1/2 lemon

For tamarind chutney

25 gm tamarind
400 gm jaggery/sugar
1 tsp dry ginger powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala

For dry masala

1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/4tsp black salt
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
