Either your ICBC injury claim is going to be settled or go to trial. It’s one or the other. \n\n In BC, on average, roughly 95% of the ICBC injury claims in which lawsuits have been started are settled. \n\n But, each case is unique. Because every person who gets injured in a car accident is slightly different. And each of them has different needs, wants and desires. \n\n The bottom line is simple. You have a choice. You can choose to either settle your case or take it to trial.  That’s not to say that this is a simple decision or one that’s easy to make. \n\n In the final analysis a person who has an ICBC injury claim needs to have a clear understanding of both the upsides and downside involved when it comes to settlement and trial. \n
