Ingredients
2 large fresh conchs (cut small)
2 limes
1 orange
1 medium onion (cut small)
1/2 medium bell pepper (+ 1/4 of any other color)*optional (cut small)
1/4 large pineapple (cut into bite size)
1 hard ripe mango (cut into bite size)
1 apple (cut into bite size)
1 medium firm ripe tomato (cut small)
1 small zucchini or cucumber *optional (cut small)
salt (to taste)
Any amount of spice of your choice.
Mix well and enjoy!
