Good Morning all…
Osteoporosis means the loss of calcification on certain areas of bone.
On certain areas because it can happen on all areas, therefore it is recommended that a bone
Densitometry* is done past 50 years. However it is recommended that women think about this after menopause.
Part of this procedure and intervention – the hormonal alterations on women post – menopause generates a lack of balance on the organism PH and a difficulty of assimilating the calcium, therefore a subsequent fracture of the bone – many women think they fell and fractured the femur colo, however most of the times the fracture takes place before the fall. Therefore they fell due to the fracture of the femur which happened before falling.
Well…. I do not want to worry people with this osteoporosis neither want people to start in taking calcium in order to replace this lack of calcium. We are going to address prevention with some logics:
Chemical compensation – Sometimes it is necessary, but in extreme cases it has contraindications,
I’m now going to talk about a less aggressive compensation as per example the Soya isoflavones*. This is a good solution, however one should not take more than 70mg / day and never above the 90mg – be aware of the intake of calcium without medical prescription. Because it can cause an increase on weight and it is not a solution for the osteoporosis. We need to equilibrate the PH in order to get a bigger assimilation / we should practice physical exercise and quit tobacco, alcohol and psychotropic’s in amount exaggerated.
Yoga, Qigong, Tai – Chi*, Acupuncture* can have an active participation mainly with people who suffer from stress with tendency to become depressed during menopause.
*Isoflavones of soya has a chemical structure similar to the feminine estrogens.
*Bone Densitometry – Medical exam recommended by the GP Doctor to evaluate, if the bone percentage corresponds to the age.
*Yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi - Exercises that correspond to the stressing, breading, conscientilazation of our body and the internal organs. Movements liased between the quick and slow.
*Acupuncture – Word that derivates from the Latin “acus” Which means needle “puncture” – which means puntion
*Both correspond on the needle introduction in the human body in specific points, equilibrating the internal, external and universal energies
