Khao Tham Luang is a succession of caves, with the main caves around 50 meters high. All the caves are filled with Buddhas and other religious artifacts. The stairs are quite steep. The entrance fee is 25 baht and includes the round trip from the foot of the hill to the top in small songtheaws. Oh, beware of many monkeys there, they are good at stealing your food and pretty undies in your bagpack!
Luckily during my educational trip there, free rides and entrance for the International participants, also including myself, in which the trip in December 2018 was in commemoration with The 8th ASEAN Art and Culture Exhibition with international performing Art Festival "United Ethnic".
And also, representing Brunei "Call for Papers" to present Final Year Project and theses at Phetchaburi Rajabhat University, Thailand.
Fun fact: this place was once included in one of Tom Cruise's Hollywood movie scenes.
