As in all things Filipino, there has to be an ube version for any dessert and putos are no different. To make it just combine flour, sugar, baking powder, egg, salt, milk, water, vanilla and ube extract in a bowl and mix til even in color. Then pour into mini cups and steam for 12-15 mins. Impt to make sure no water drips into the cups so they rise nicely.
