Palak paratha or spinach paratha Is another excellent variation of paratha where you can include some healthy greens in the paratha.
Ingredients:
(palak) spinach chopoed 1cup
pyaz (onion) 1/4cup
sabz mirch (green chillies)
lal mirch (red chilli powder 1tbs
sokha dhaniyan (coriander) 1tbs
zeera (cumin seeds) 1/2 tbs
chilli flakes 1/2tbs
ajwain (carom seeds 1tsp
namak (salt) to taste
aata (flour) 1 & 1/2cup
water as required
oil 2tbs
