Holographic Immersive Experience created for General Electric.
Bruce Mau together with BBDO New York' conceptualized a "hologram" experience as the premiere exhibit at Creative Week, an advertising conference held in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn. The experience was projected on a micro polymer screen, which allows for a 3D simulation over a very large projected space – appearing as if it’s floating in mid-air. The experience included the gesture interactions, the immersive audio and visual components of the exhibit, which allowed a viewer to use gestures to assemble and activate a full-scale GE passenger jet engine.
