For my next stop in Las Vegas, I signed up to become a guinea pig for PK Oyster Bar's brand new 8lb Voodoo Pasta Challenge! Brave and hungry diners have 1 hour to finish a huge bowl containing linguine pasta, Cajun/Creole sauce, trinity mix, andouille sausage, chicken breast, and shrimp. Winners earn their meal for free, a groovy t-shirt, a trophy, and a spot up on PK Oyster Bar's Wall of Fame. Fail, and pay the $200 cost of the meal! Good luck!
