"Nimrod" is the most famous movement from Edward Elgar's "Enigma Variations", Op. 36. This music was featured during the funeral of HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh and Consort to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and now it is presented here IN MEMORIAM to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, who passed on 8 September 2022 at the age of 96 and after 70 years as the British sovereign.
Presented by the Makris Symphony Orchestra in its original setting, conducted by Maestro P. Gosta.
