Ingredients:
Cookie Dough
1 heaping cup (3 oz / 85 g) freeze dried raspberries
2 1/4 cups (9 5/8 oz / 275 g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (2 1/8 oz / 60 g) powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks / 8 oz / 227 g) butter, softened
1 teaspoon raspberry extract (optional, but highly recommended)

Chocolate Coating
1 - 2 lbs. (455 - 210 g) chocolate of your choice (dark, semi-sweet or a mix of milk and dark)
2 teaspoons coconut oil or shortening per pound of chocolate, more if needed
1/2 teaspoon raspberry extract per pound of chocolate
