This is our largest Rotating Engine Stand yet with the ability to lift and rotate an engine UP TO 8000 LBS that is bolted onto the front mounting plate. It has 31" of powered vertical travel that is accomplished using an integrated 5 Ton hoist. The engine can be mounted up, lifted and rotated to different orientations. This design has ergonomic push-button controls and allows one operator to rotate an engine to the desired orientation and height for maintenance, assembly, dis-assembly, etc. In this example, the engine bolts to a custom engine mount plate which is attached to a robust flange on a heavy duty rotating shaft. The bolt pattern can be custom for customers and multiple mounting plates can be used. The rpm is approx. 1.3 and is powered by plenty of torque from a gearmotor.
