Yodit Tewolde talks to BNC legal contributor Paul Henderson about the latest on the Ronald Greene case and a federal judge refusing to delay executions of two South Carolina prisoners.

A Louisiana state police panel investigates the police officer involved in Greene's death. They will examine bodycam footage from the past two years from a dozen troopers to determine if they were systematically targeting Black drivers.

"We're talking about an incident that took place years ago that was hidden by the police," Henderson says. The systems have failed to review that behavior and interrupt that behavior."
