Ep 245 AZ Ren Faire 2024
This is the third time we've been to the Arizona Ren faire. It seems that we rush through and don't take time to see the shows. Well, the third time's a charm. We did get a chance to see quite a few of the shows on this trip and were not disappointed. We only showed a few of the entertainers in this video but it was a very fun time. AND no… I didn’t get to see the fire cat. Still not sure what that was about but I’m hoping no real animals were hurt in the staging of that show. The faire does have a fairly long run time in the late winter/early spring, and is made up of quite a few permanent structures which adds to the atmosphere. Many Ren faires we have attended resembled more of a tent city than a Renaissance Village and that is one thing I really like about this festival. Final note… wear good shoes and drink plenty of water.
