President Museveni has promised that the whole of Koboko district will have electricity in his next term of office. The demand for power in the region has grown and there are parts that have electricity while others remain in the dark. President Museveni addressed four rallies in Koboko and Yumbe noting that peace in this region is a matter of priority. The NRM candidate is campaigning in the West Nile region.
