A Mid-thoracic case of spine tuberculosis with vertebral body destruction. Patient underwent complete vertebrectomy with anterior reconstruction using a mesh cage and posterior pedicle screw placement (all done through posterior single midline approach only). This is the go-to approach for majority of the thoracic pathologies.
