came in running and hammering fine. but the motor is hunting, going up and down I speed.
common problem would be the fan rubbing on the housing and eating away the magnetic pickup inside. but not the case
here.
new bearings, brushes and a blowout soon stops the hunting.
but there is a spark of the armature. it tested fine on the growler so it may just be the brushes seating in. as the commutator bar was worn down.
