The fun of running down the mountain was an irreplaceable experience. As long as you have adequate strength and a little courage, you can enjoy running even at your age. I think that breaking the common belief that running is bad for your joints and actively aging as you age is the way to live a lively life without getting tired. I am grateful that I still have the knees and will to run. You guys try running slowly, like me!. Thank you.
