In fact, I highly discourage it, why? Because every curl is unique.

There are tons of things that dictate your hair care needs: porosity, length, density, texture (thickness of a single strand), even the weather & your lifestyle.

The only way to figure out what your hair thrives on is to experiment, try new things & examine how your curls respond to it. NO ONE can understand your hair better than YOU.

Don't allow trends or hype to color how you feel about your hair, the way you wear it or take care of it.

Just do you.

𝐏𝐒. For anyone curious, every single Devacurl cut I've gotten has been choppy & uneven. Despite the fact that tons of curlies swear by it, it hasn't ever worked for me. As a result, I've been doing my own curly hair cuts (Unicorn Cut & Pigtails Cut) for the past several years and it hasn't failed me yet.
