When I reported my package missing to FedEx I told them that I was at home at the time it was stated it was delivered and that I also had security cameras that proved that I did not receive it.
I actually thought that they would put more effort into trying to find it. The following day when someone showed up with my package I thought they were a FedEx employee who had tracked it down but it was just the neighbor who had received it.

UPDATE: The same day that I uploaded this video (March 18) I contacted FedEx by email explaining them the situation and linking them this video. On March 26 this sent back an email response that they would look into it and phone me the following day. The next day I did get a voicemail stating that they did indeed deliver my package to the wrong house.
