This is a small egg sucking leech has everything that fish like. A realistic looking egg, flash, and great movement in the water. I've had great success with this simple but effective pattern and just wanted to share it with everyone. I typically fish this below a heavy fly and let it swing around in the current behind it, but I've also caught fish with it solo below an indicator with weight to help it get down. It has been somewhat effective as well as stillwater pattern though I haven't tested it enough to say it's any better than other established stillwater patterns.

Materials I used to tie this fly:
Hook: 4x long streamer size 10
Bead: 6/0 Bead Treasures Glass Bead
Thread: Danville 70 Dennier Flymaster Plus
Dubbing:Black Rabbit/Red Ice Dub
