Darren Marshall, Feral Sports: “I’ve seen everybody from parents pushing the children in push chairs down there, elderly trying to push their wheelchairs and I don’t think unless you actually stand back and watch that how hard that is for them and how much they struggle. And then when you actually think about it, it’s why, why should that happen? Why should it be like that? Why have we not all got the same opportunity to get down on the beach and enjoy it?”
Melinda Lenny, caregiver: “We’re always up here on the grass watching everybody else, that can go down. So you get to be included, right?”
“We have a son that lives with autism and when we bring him down to the beach, he’s like a different child. We obviously, we just feel like everybody should be able to enjoy that.

The design, it’s just the ease of walking around, walking along the beach. The huge wheels they’ve got on there just roll across the sand real easy.”
“I think that the beach is a very special place. You can see how busy every single beach is. It’s an amazing experience to be able to truly include Jacquelyn in that experience, to let her feel the sand on her feet, the waves on her toes and find shells and seaweed. All of that, it’s just so enriching.
