How to Make Gears of War cosplay chest armor out of Foam! In this series I will be creating Marcus Fenix's armor from Gear of War 1 & 2. In this particular video I am making the panels that cover the top of his chest armor as well as adding some leds. I do have free PDF templates of the chest armor available on my website if you'd like to make your own. In part I will continue this cosplay armor build by adding detail panels to the top. This trick involves installing rare earth magnets into the foam so that the armor is easy to wear and is virtually seamless.
