The second in my series of videos documenting the changing London over the next few weeks.

These are unprecedented times and I feel it my duty as a documentary filmmaker (yes that is my actual job, reviews are for fun) to capture the effect of the virus on London.

This was filmed in Richmond, Kew, Chiswick, Hammersmith and Ealing between 5 and 6pm.

I expect someone will lecture me (100% guaranteed) in the comments about leaving my house but this is my job. I have been a journalist and cameraman for over 30 years. I am officially recognised as press in the UK. This is no different from any other cameraman filming for the news. I am just making something visually quite different from what we are seeing on the news. I will always take precautions and be safe, here I didn't even leave my car for this one. With my 30 years of experience doing this and filming in some terrible situations, I never place myself on anyone else in any danger or risk. I am absolutely not advocating doing the same as me especially as different counties all have different restrictions right now.

This was filmed on the Kinefinty MAVO LF in 3K 195fps. At this frame rate, it captures in this aspect ratio, 2.4:1

The lens used was the Laowa 12mm EF mount. I used the normal adaptor for the shots including Chiswick then from then on the Kinefinity enhancer (like a speed booster) as at 3K the image is cropped from full-frame to micro four thirds. With the enhancer, I was able to get around a 1.3x crop.

I don't know when I will make my next video, sometime next week I expect. It all depends as the situation seems to be changing almost every day.
