This meditation guides you to release a burden you have been carrying. Examples of burdens are fears, anxiety, doubts. Something you feel is weighing you down and stopping you from experiencing your true joy in life. I hope this will help you to recognize that it does not have to be a struggle to release these burdens, but instead can be done in a peaceful and loving way. Please know you can come back to this medication any time you feel a burden weighing you down. If it is something you have been carrying for a long time it may take more than one meditation to let it all go. Please do not use this in place of any mental health modalities you currently utilize. This meditation is meant to aid you along with any other behavioral health modalities you are currently practicing.
