When heading to Latvia from Estonia by train you have to change at a city on the border. But this is no ordinary city - half of the city is the Estonian town of Valga, and the other half is the Latvian town of Valka! I took the train from Tartu to Riga and on my way stopped off to find out what like was like in Valga/Valka.
