In this video, I'll be showing you how to replicate the doner kebabs served in restaurants which are traditionally cooked vertically on a rotisserie and shaved into strips as it cooks. This method is so easy as you don't need any fancy equipment and can be recreated at home. You can also swap out the meat to whatever you prefer.
