When it comes to interior design there’s a lot of misconceptions, sayings we’ve heard and seen so many times they are now seen as rules we need to follow. I don’t know where they’ve come from or why they’re so printed in most peoples minds, but today we’ll try to change that. We will tell you seven interior design myths and why they’re not true and should not be followed.
The seven myths:
- White walls makes you feel calm.
- Dark colors for walls and ceiling makes the room feel smaller.
- White walls makes your home look clean.
- Everything in your home need to match.
- Small rooms need small furniture.
- Place your furniture against the walls.
- I should follow trends.
